Works great
With this, I can have tea at any given moment, because it stays hot enough for my liking. No waiting for a kettle to boil or the microwave. This replaced my old one of another brand's discontinued model after 5 years, which happened to be refurbished. I hope this one will last at least as long; I'll update when it dies. It works well. Multiple temperature options; clear digital display. The push button did come in handy recently during a tornado in the area knocking out the power for a day. It's a bit of a pain to use it that way, but it's better than nothing. Keep in mind it won't maintain the temperature when the power is out. But if you're Orthodox Jewish, it would be a good feature on Shabbos/Shabbat.

For a chemo patient
While managing chemotherapy, I must use body temperature or warm, warmer water, otherwise I’m feeling sharp tingling sensations that could last permanently if I allow that to happen frequently.I considered several possibilities including a 2 gallon spigot jug filled with hot water and instead opted to try this machine and now that I have it, I am finding it extremely useful and ready to use anytime. I purchased the 3 L version which takes a very little counter space, it’s quiet, yet provides sufficient water for my uses during the day.

Easy to use, simple to set up, and precise temperature control
Lots and lots of features for this price. The build quality is high, the instructions are fine. However I would've preferred a simpler approach to the button functions, e.i. the button that unlocks the dispensing pump is also the "standby" button when held for 2 seconds. The temperature select button will shut off the display at night when held for 2 seconds? Okay, I guess. There's no real "on/off" switch, the unit just starts automatically heating once it's plugged in. Make sure it's not empty before hand. There's a short learning curve, but once familiar with the features it'll replace your coffee maker if you're into pour overs and tea like we are.I do like that it's pretty portable, with a built in handle and locking lid. There's also a manual dispensing pump so it'll still pump out water even if it's not plugged in. The unit is fairly well insulated, so it should hold the water at a hot temperature for a while even after it's been unplugged. So far, so good.

Ok temp control
Very nice product. The highest temp is 203 and it seems to go down to 199 before turning the heater on. If you want truly boiling water you have to push the button. Some initial button confusion but it’s great once you get used to it.

Does the job well
Need a lower form factor heater and this fits the bill. Simple design and solid construction, so expect to last a few years. Appreciate the realtime digital temp readout so you know how hot the water is. Overall happy!

Cheaply Made - Died In a Few Months
Product worked perfectly for about 5 months and just died. One day, there was an "ERR" message on the panel and loooked inside and saw that it had dried all the water up that was in it and the insides were slightly burnt and eroded. Note I left enough water inside where that should not have happened and there is also supposed to an emergency shut off. This is the 3rd appliance from Amazon that died after only a few months of light use by 1 person! I'M DONE BUYING APPLICANCE FROM AMAZON. I called the company and they offered nothing!

Dented and Missing Digit
Boiler received with a severe dent on the side out of the box. Returned for a replacement. Replacement boiler received in perfect shape cosmetically, but one digit for the Select Temperature LCD display is not working. In picture 2, the select temperature is 185, but "1" is missing, in picture 3, the select temperature is 203, but only showing "r03". Since it works functionally fine, I think I can live with that.

Love it
It takes a little to get used to with the different buttons, but keeps water Warm needs to be set on the flat surface otherwise It wobbles on the tea holder we bought for it to sit on. Easy to keep clean.
