It's a great mug, but unfortunately after less than one month it stopped working tired to charge it with USB/ Wireless and there was no sign or indication of battery charging at all.

Item worked great the first 2 weeks or so. The mug stopped charging and stopped heating, I reached out to the manufacturer to see if we could get a replacement. They sent 1 email and have not responded again since.*Edit*: After leaving a review on here, they reached out to me and replaced the mug immediately.

My boyfriend gave this cup to me as a gift as I wanted to have one so bad. I like this product as the lid makes it convenient to carry the cup everywhere and it also even reheat an already cold coffee but the annoying part about is the charge which lasts only 20mins or so.The first day I was able to have it for 3 hours but exactly the next day it could hold the charge for only 20 minutes which is not convenient as we don t have access to usb port all the time. I even let it fully charge for 10 hours prior to using it and if it did not have this issue, I would have said this is the best heating cup out there

Today is May 23, 2023. I got this for my wife for Mother’s Day less than two weeks ago. She said it stopped working at her work and her coffee was cold. It started up normal but then started doing this and stopped heating. Just spend your $80+ elsewhere.Update: we did get a refund but had to dispose of the item ourselves because Amazon didn’t want to fork out the proper postage for a lithium battery operated device from Hawaii. UPS says it is not to be shipped “ground” (reminiscent of Samsung Galaxy 7 fires). I had to go back-and-forth with the Amazon people on the phone several times to get the message across that the postage label they keep giving me is the wrong one, and I’m not going to keep going to the UPS store to be denied from sending it. I finally had to ask the Amazon rep ….”if this item is on the plane your family is on when it catches fire would you want me sending this the way I am being told to do? “ It wasn’t until that point did I receive a refund.

After using this mug for awhile I came to the conclusion that it's not the money. Without the heating on, the mug does not keep the liquid hot at all. With the heating on, the battery runs out quicker than it heats. I was never able to get it to the desired temperature.

Heats up slow, decent battery, has nice design. Lid sucks, I like to a good big drink and the lid only allows you to sip.Keeps drinks at a good temp for portable use
