Instant Relief for Ankle Pain
I bought this electric heating pad for my ankle, and it’s been incredibly helpful. The heat settings are adjustable, so I can choose the perfect level of warmth, and it wraps around the ankle comfortably without slipping. It heats up quickly and provides soothing relief for soreness and stiffness after workouts or long days on my feet. The material is soft and the auto shut-off feature adds peace of mind. Definitely a great purchase—highly recommend for anyone dealing with ankle pain or recovery

A warm solution
I just finished using these to warm my arthritic hands before walking my dog. They were wonderful and my hand is still warm and fingers bendable.

Have helped the pain in my hand.
The mitts are large. Lots of room for larger hands. They heat up beautifully and I like the auto shut off. Using them for tendinitis at the thumb base. Probably due to increased kindle and cell phone usage and improper holding techniques. Have noticed less pain and easier motion.

Good Heating Pad That Conforms to Your Feet
I started using the Cameco Electric Heating Pad after and old ankle injury flared up again. It fit very well along the heal and ankle, I wear a U.S. size 13 but the Velcro closure kept it in place. The heat levels got high enough that I kept it just above mid range for decent affect. The heat is nicely even with no cold spots that I could tell. The auto shut off is a good feature just in case you fall asleep or loose track of time reading. The stitching and overall feel of the heating pad feels like it'll last although I hope not to get injured that much. It does fit on either food.

Reads 158 degrees, but barely 118.
This ankle heat pad did not feel very hot even though it had been running for over 20 minutes at the 158 degrees setting. So I used my infrared thermometer to check. It read 118 degrees at its hottest point. It was lower than 100 degrees at other parts.Recommended temperature is 150-160 degrees for improved blood flow for injuries. This device is not hot enough for recovery or pain relief. Returning.See my photo of device and infrared thermometer.
