Upgraded Lumbar Support Pad Replacement Compatible with Herman Miller Classic Aeron Chair Size B: Medium

Bought to replace a worn lumbar support in my home office Aeron chair which would no longer remain in place on the back of the chair. I spend the majority of my day in this chair, so its condition and comfort are important to me. This pad fit perfectly, was very easy to install, and significantly restored the support / feel of the chair. A simple and inexpensive upgrade to for any older Aeron. Highly recommended.

I've used Aerons that had stock support pads that were a pain to adjust. This one is easily adjustable to get the pad at the right position wherever you need it. Installation is incredibly easy and the cost savings vs HM makes this a no-brainer.

Looks like the original, however, the quality is poor. Just a few weeks after using it, it popped out randomly. I thought nothing of it but as time went on, it continued to fall out. I noticed that the plastic "arms" are cracking and splitting at the seams from the support pad and allowing the pad to bend and push itself out its mounting rails. It is very frustrating to have to continually put this back in all the time... Yes, it is the correct size.

Do not buy these! The pad is poorly made and snaps out of place when your back leans on it. It should stay in place by having the canals fit the rails on the chair, but the canals are not sufficiently tight and sturdy, so they do not hold. The return policy is 30 days, so the seller won't refund me. I will probably need to spend more to by original items that actually work.
