Great product ! Good Video quality
Video was a lot better than id expected based on the reviews .. Its certainly not Insta360 or gopro level, but it id very good ! and the fact that you can record everyones conversation is absolutely brilliant ! recommended !

Not a huge step up from the 10c pro
Pros-better camera-mesh optionsCons-design is a step backwards as flaps are even more fiddly (one small rubber flap covering two ports) and button placement is worse. Jog wheel is annoying because of the flat design so there's inaccurate inputs when using with gloves.-battery is horrific doesn't last long and at times worse than the 10c Pro which was already bad

Camera Software (App) is rubbish.
The app for the camera doesn't work. Look at the Google Play and Apple Store for the Sena Camera App. 1 star because the camera doesn't work as described. The software is absolutely shocking.I've also had issues with the audio of this device. When you ask it to play music with Google, it sometimes blasts the music at full volume despite the volume level being low or medium, dangerous when your on the bike as it gives you a good jolt. Appalling quality for the price. Do not purchase.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED - HARMAN KARDON IS WORSE!
I came from using the Evo 10C for a year. Horrible connection quality issues regarding bluetooth and the speakers were ok.After checking out the 50C and having Harman Kardon in mercedes benz vehicles i decided to buy it.But the speakers in this are quieter and worse than the 10C. How is that possible? Why have 50mm or 40mm drivers but then low sound like this?Whether it is Apple music or YouTube.... or calls even. It is just a quiet disappointing headset that costs a lot of money. If anyone knows how to boost the volume past what these want to out put, i am, no pun intended, all ears. The set up is always easy on these. Just plus stuff in and it is done but the sound volume is so disappointing and the wifi adapter is not clearly explained on how to use it. I am fast losing faith in Sena and I do not think I will go for another one of their models.

Sena: 50C Motorcycle Communication & 4K Camera System
The media could not be loaded. ▬ Introduction ▬I've been a long-term user of Sena's products having owned and used various models such as: 20S, 10C, Prism Action Cam, 30K, 50S and now the 50C (with my 50S now being on my pillion helmet); though I must say I have had my ups and downs with Sena products...The 50C is similar to the 50S but with the addition of a camera which of course gives this product a larger premium price tag as a result. A question some might be asking is whether they should be getting Sena's all-in-one camera & intercom combo or to get 50S with a separate third party brand action cam instead; that will entirely depend on what you want to record. The biggest appeal with the 50C is having the ability to overlay your voice with the superb quality microphone whilst you're recording video, in addition, you can also capture intercom conversations so this is a perfect set-up for solo and multi-person vlogs. Just note you will need to get a MicroSD card for the 50C to use the camera. The downside to the 50C is the average quality video and limited position of having it stuck on the left side of your helmet. So spending extra money on a third party brand action cam could potentially give you cleaner & higher quality video and being able to mount it wherever you like (top of helmet, handlebars etc...).▬ Set-Up ▬There are two mounts available, one that clamps onto your helmet and another which sticks onto your helmet via adhesive; I prefer the former method as it's much more secure in my opinion.Mounting the clamp attachment to a helmet doesn't take long at all and it does come with a hex key to tighten/loosen; the time consuming part is placing the speakers & microphone then sorted out the cables behind the padding. When the 50C is mounted onto the clamp or adhesive attachment, you can adjust the tilt of the main unit to get the right angle required for the camera, plus there is a roll-axis lever to level it too; this may take a bit of playing around to perfect the final angle. Some may find it annoying, but you will need to download two separate apps:• 'Sena Motorcycles': This allows you to use your smartphone to initiate a Mesh or Bluetooth intercom, audio share, add numbers to speed-dial and adjust various intercom settings.• 'Sena Camera': Allows you to view what your camera sees, start recording, view gallery and adjust camera settings.▬ Ease of Use ▬▬▬Using the apps make things very straight-forward when settings up; however, when you're on the road, it's learning all the command shortcuts which range from a short press or holding down a certain button for a set amount of time; this may seem daunting at first, but take a seat on your sofa with your helmet on and practice before doing it on the road and you will get used to it!The voice commands are a bit of a let down to be honest. The 20S voice commands worked so well, so I don't know why they got worse over the years. There aren't a huge list of commands. they have to be said very specifically without much pause and it's a hit or miss whether they will work...Google Assistant at first was a bit of a hit and miss, but after tweaking some settings on my phone, it now works flawlessly *touch wood*. Two main issues, one was I needed to enable the use when the lock screen is on and secondly it was getting giving me the option to select either the 'Alexa' app or 'Google' when saying "Okay Google", after clicking "Always" for 'Google' it no longer gets stuck. So this issues I had was leaning more to my phone settings, not the 50C.To use the camera, just simply press the camera button to turn it on and hold it for a second to start recording, simple! Alternatively use the app.▬ Intercom Range & Quality/Performance ▬• Intercom Range: This wildly varies as it depends on everyone's position. On an open level road with no obstructions, the range is very good! Add buildings or lots of trees in the midst of riders then expect the connection to lose connection or quality to dip. Using the Mesh feature has some extra advantages as it allows those in it to seamlessly drop in and out and effectively expands the range a bit more.• Speakers: As you would expect from having a collaboration with Harman Kardon, the speakers are nothing short of incredible. Listening to music is a satisfying with full & crisp sound and is great for vocals too.• Microphone: These are also made in conjunction with Harman Kardon, so you will get clear results for intercom, phone and vlogging use.• Camera: Considering everything else is good quality, the camera output is rather disappointing... I typically record in '1080p 60fps' as '4K' is too much for my PC to process (never mind it takes up A LOT of space), but it isn't that clear or sharp which makes it hard to pick-up car registrations unless you are very close to them. It's useable but if you are wanting crisp high-quality video, this doesn't quite deliver. Another negative mention is that there isn't an option to use sidetone when using the camera which is annoying.• Battery Life: If you're using the 50C purely for intercom and phone use, the battery life will last quite some time (Rated at 22hrs for Intercom & 12hrs for Mesh but drops down to about an hour and half for recording video).▬ Final Thoughts ▬Despite there being a lot of room for improvement, I don't regret my purchase as I wanted the same functionality as my 50S but to also have an option to record footage should I want to.✔️ Pros:• Decent build quality and good looking design.• Jog dial is an appropriate size (same as 50S).• Fantastic audio quality (speakers & microphone).• Decent range (within reason).• Good range of features available.• Ability to talk over your videos whilst recording.• UI on apps are relatively user-friendly.• Simple button commands once you get used to them.• Memory card can be formatted directly through the app.• Decent battery life (intercom & phone use).❌ Cons:• Requires two apps for full use.• Sena's own voice-prompts rarely work.• Sub-par camera video quality.• No sidetone option when recording.• Viewing the media gallery on the Sena Camera app isn't great (crashes a lot of the time).• Trying to set-up the included WiFi adaptor for wireless firmware updating always crashes my app (had to manually do it through my PC instead).
