Fits perfectly and works as intended. Just remove the old one and easily install the new one. The printer immediately recognizes it and you can continue printing. The quality seems about what you would expect. Good price compared to some others.

Don’t work for epson 8550
My printer doesn’t recognize this maint box

Replacement box
Only had it for about 1-2 hrs and it started marking that it’s not detecting the maintenance box. It feels very night for it to say that it had no life

Compatibility update
Not listed as a compatible printer but this maintenance box is the correct one for the Epson ET-16500. Also everything I saw on YouTube said box was in rear of printer. It’s not! It is under scanner lid at front of printer. Hope this helps someone else.
