I bought several of these for a large event after a previous product failed testing. It was the first year of this event that the tickets would be scanned, so there was a lot of anxiety about having working scanners. After several product tests, these were by far the easiest and most versatile to use. A few of these made short work of scanning in a couple thousand women for a conference! We will continue to use these for many years!I was able to connect these scanners to iPads and Samsung tablets with very little difficulty. I did have to buy adapters for the iPads, as they did not have USB ports, but that was the only extra step! They remained connected throughout the whole check in time. There was very little lag time between scanning a ticket and receiving confirmation that it had been scanned. These also held their battery throughout the day.

Bought this item in February it is April 19th and it no longer scans to my phone, never dropped it never got it wet it just stopped scanning DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM unless you want to throw your money away.

I bought one a few months ago. I used it few times. But then it stopped working completely. I bought another one and hopefully this will last longer.

Absolutely love these scanners. They’re convenient and everything can get scanned right to your computer. All Amazon warehouse workers need these.

I like this scanner. Very easy to use, compact, and fast. Great battery life is very good. The price was right.Very happy overall.
