The media could not be loaded. I've uses it in various dishes, and the deep, rich flavor is truely impressive. It's a must have in my kitchen.

Tastes just like the sauce I enjoyed in Japan with chilled buckwheat noodles. Great for dipping noodles on a hot summer day. Can be used right out of the jar or diluted for a lighter taste which is what I prefer.

As a well balanced tasty for a noodle meal.
