Very nice item.
I picked this up to get nice scans of old pictures, documents, and other items. Very easy to connect and operate.

No regrets with this purchase
A good product, value for money. Scanned quality of the pictures is not too bad since my objective is just to salvage old photographs of my parents and my siblings. I love that it is thin and light and can be easily stored. It wasn't very easy to find instructions on how to use it. I had to play with it and go online to search for "how to" but when I learned, it was a breeze.

Lousy product. Not worth the money.
No software. Impossible to find software to download they just want to push other products. Electric plug does not fit outlet.

Fast and Quiet
The best feature is the ability to lift the lid. Most of the new flatbed scanners won't allow this and you can only can thin books or documents. This model is fast and quiet. The quality of scan is great for what I need, 300 dpi, but you can set higher. The software install was easy with Window 10. I used the site to install rather than the disc.
