Very durable and has a good grip on the name tags when placed inside the slots. They will not come out even if you flip it upside down. My name badges were way smaller than those pictured, but it still works very very well!

Not functional. Wanted to do name tags via alphabet but not set up for . Shipping cost doubled price so wasn’t worth money to return.

Perfect solution
This is terrific for storing badges that are used in recurring events. I have all the badges stored in these in alphabetical order. When an event comes up, I pull the ones I need for that day. The badges don't get ruined in between events.
