Great addition to VW Polo
This took a little bit of time and you tube video watching to fit but its a great addition, fits and works well in VW Polo

Decent, would recommend
I ordered this for my 2010 VW Polo (is compatible) and installation took around 20/30mins if you know how to install it. My advice is to be careful with the wiring, or after installing get it checked by someone that knows how to, as at first it did drain my car battery x2 (due to wiring not being put correctly) but after I got this checked with an expert, I have had no problems since and CarPlay will come on as soon as I start my engine. The screen setup is Android, but changes to Apple layout once bluetooth is connected to your phone (if you have iPhone). Another benefit that it comes with a reverse camera and mic which allows you to be on speaker in the car and calls/messages comes through the CarPlay also.

Flickered and stopped working
Was very happy for the first few weeks and then the screen flickered today and will not come on all fuses checked power checked ok.Needs to be sorted

Be wary
The media could not be loaded. I bought this product just before summer started and I took a few weeks before things like the video started happening now it does what it wants or the touchscreen doesn't work or it looses it's memory for the radio and has to retune at first I thought it was the summer heat causing it but the temperature has dropped and it's still happening and I don't know if the manufacturer can help me so if you order it and have problems send it straight back.

Looks good but it’s not the best! Bluetooth phone calls are terrible, to the point of the recipient unable to hear you!

Volume toggle broke in under 2 week
I’ve had it for under 2 weeks and the volume toggle now completely doesn’t work, it doesn’t even turn on

Reverse camera flickers
Radio works well,except when reversing camera only flickers when I turn steering wheel.dissapionted hard to get customer service too.
