Versatile Product with excellent support from the seller
This item has great versatility.It has two video input channels and has one output channel which helps enormously to wathch any of the input videos on a larger screen.Its recording capabilities can also be varied.Recoring is best done on an external Hard Drive which can be attached.The recordings made can be of very highy quality and definition, but uses much more hard drive space, to lower quality ones which use much less space.Best of all however was the willingness of the support team to rectify problems which can arise from time to time with any product.In this case they were courteous and very patient with me.
