A little tricky to assemble end results awesome very pleased :)

For context this delivery was to Ireland, this may have been the cause of some of the issues as even though I ordered from .co.uk the package came from mainland Europe.If you are ordering this item somewhere else in Europe you may not experience these issues.Initial package arrived reboxed due to damage to original packaging. This damage may have been customs, either way parts were missing including the middle bar.Amazon's recommendation of asking the manufacturer for replacement parts was no use as they are in Austria and would not even respond once they heard I was in Ireland. Very bad customer service from Windhager EU.Returning the package to Amazon was not possible due to the replacement packaging being over 1.5m long so An Post would not ship it for the ~€10 that Amazon will refund.Returning it with a courier would cost €70, which Amazon Support agreed was ridiculous when the item itself cost €85.They allowed me to keep/dispose of the original package and sent me a new one for free, sound.I had a bad feeling about getting rid of the original and, praise superstition, the replacement package arrived 6 weeks after the original with ALL the connector corners AND the hinges missing. Some very clear damage to this package as well.Luckily the two incomplete deliveries together made the door.It's quite fussy to put together but manageable. Most awkward part is sawing the metal bars if you need to make it fit in a recessed doorway as pictured.A spring door closer is easy enough to attach, the doors design itself kind of includes this in the hinges but they are very weak. You need to drill into the metal anyway for the hinges and handle.If the review was for the door itself I would say 3/5 stars- But due to the issues with shipping it here and replacements I would NOT recommend this to anyone in Ireland, and would caution British shoppers.

They make it look so easy to assemble, on the video dut it is not. But it's not bad at all once fitted

Instructions not clear, plastic fittings break when being inserted, I had to spend extra money to try to adapt the broken plastic fittings, would suggest plastic fittings replaced with metal ones.

Really could be a bit sturdier or a extra stay. Overall does keep the pests out not excluding husbands.

After years of suffering with these fly curtains, this is a relief. It's very light weight, power coated aluminium frame, easy to put together, very hard to take apart so make sure you put the middle bits in a right place.Only weak point the plastic hinges need to be careful not to break them.

Item arrived with marks and broken pieces.

We had tried many other screens, doors and devices to keep out flies and other curious insects from our back door. They either shrivelled, fell off, or were not child or dog friendly. All we wanted was a screen to keep the door open in summer. When we received this one there were many parts and some cutting required to fit the screen and frame. However, it did not take long and the door does the job really well. The push in mesh frame means that if the mesh does get damaged then we can replace it easily. The door is light to fix with the screws provided. The self close mechanism with magnets is just enough. It can be pushed vack to stay open if needed. The only criticism is that the inside handle arrangement could be better and would improve the self closing. Overall easy to recommend.
