4/7/2023After my comment to the seller and talking to our plumber, the lever is the on/off switch for water flow. Any water that drips after is extra water that is left in the pipes. I can safely say I recommend this item and updating to 5 stars!**3 month update**It’s been working great. Still, from my previous review, it’s hard to tell when it actually turns off with the knob.***end***This review is strictly for the recent install of the shower system. Had it professionally installed and my contractor said they had no problems. He also said the water pressure is great and the faucet to turn it on and off is heavy duty. We haven’t used it consistently yet as we are waiting for the shower glass to be installed. I’ll update around a month of use.Aesthetically, it’s gorgeous. I was looking for a darker antique brass but that color is hard to find with a decent price tag. It’s definitely a light brushed brass. I’m good with it.Only con I have right now I thought the ON/OFF was the large level that controls the temperature. It’s not. The knob to the left that controls the rainfall, tub full and hand held shower does. So, you don’t really know when to turn it off until you turn it all around and finally find the “off” (it’s between the tub filler and shower head). Not sure if that was my contractors doing with the piping or that’s just how it’s made.

Works well - needed a replacement part after a year and they sent one right away under the lifetime warranty!

Handheld holder is supposed to go up and down to adjust desired height and position. It does not work. The holder does not have any grip. RBrohant has not responded to my concern even though they have been informed the shower has been professionally installed at my cost by my Contractor. He cannot hang around until the bathroom remodel is complete just to reinstall a functional replacement piece, again, at my cost. They do not have a telephone number to speak with anyone, you must rely on email communication even though their telephone number is in Utah.

I bought two for my bathrooms. They look great and are of good quality. I also had some questions for their customer service, and they replied very quickly.

After looking at at least a hundred shower systems for quality and meets my price point. This is the one. I found a few of these at different sites very similar. After 2 months trying to get it delivered by HD with no success, I went here and got it in 2 days just in time for installation. The plumber loved its quality and that shower head height was adjustable. Made his job easy.

terrible experience I have tried to contact them because the hose was damaged I have been 3 months and they have never responded to me. The hand hose is broken. I have sent them an email and they never respond. I am frustrated with this company.

Beautiful fixture. Exactly what I was looking for. The gold is soft, but not yellow.
