I am very impressed with the function and quality of this tool. Has good power and the battery lasts a long time. If you do home improvement work and don’t yet have a driver you should consider buying this tool. The price is very reasonable.

Can't think of a single critique. I was using the old model, and it was so loud I had to wear headphones. The old model would echo all the way down the block...this one is much quiter, and more powerfull. When your driving a long screw, it kicks up to 2nd gear automatically as you need more torque to finish the drive. 3 speed modes are customizable with the Bluetooth module (sold separately). I use a 4ah core battery, and it lasts forever, and has tons of power. Easily drives 6 inch screws with no pre-drilling. It's not heavy without a battery, and the ergonomic handle design is nicer to hold than my 12 year old litheion drill. The light is very bright. Overall great. Buy it!

A Great Impact Driver; and finally affordable. I picked this up for 99. It was 149 for the longest time and I'm just not going to pay that much for a drill.It's extremely powerful and makes short work of 4 inch fasteners. Big surprise, this has a wobbly chuck just like EVERY SINGLE Bosch drill I've ever had. As stated in my other reviews, I'm starting to believe that Bosch must purposely make their drills with wobbly chucks for some unintelligible design reason that I can't possibly comprehend. I've owned well over a dozen Bosch 18V and 12V drills and all of them have wobbly chucks.Other than this jocular, ill-advised design quirk, I've nevertheless found Bosch to be the longest lasting, most ergonomic drills money can buy. Example: I just recently bought a brand new Milwaukee 3404-20 1/2" Hammer Drill (newest version) to give another brand a try. It arrived with a broken trigger. Milwaukee drills are obviously total junk compared to Bosch.This is a great buy. I highly recommend it.

Very compact, the selectable modes are very handy.

I have owned almost every single bosch impact wrench and driver they have ever made and this is by far the best one yet. If you ever owned the iconic original brushed IMPACTOR bosch made for so many years, you know the feeling of smooth balanced power in your hand. This is essentially the IMPACTOR with a brushless motor and speed settings with a better led. This will sink 10-inch screws in seconds like its nothing. There is almost no discernable vibration and it is substantially quieter than most other impact drivers. The no-load RPM is RAPID compared to anything else I have ever used. Highly Recommend! I paid $157 for this is December of 2022 When it was released but as of late March of 2023 it is selling for $99.

Bought this tool-only unit to take advantage of the batteries and charger I already own. This compact unit does a great job and doesn't seem to fade when I use it. The battery is lasting a really long time as well.Bosch makes some good midrange priced tools.

It comes without battery for$100 + tax. I returned it and purchased Milwaukee kit tool, battery and charger for $74.99 + tax from home depot.
