Great for tennis elbow!
I was being treated for tennis elbow and went through bi-weekly PT sessions for over a month. I bought this neoprene elbow cover at the recommendation of my PT. He suggested wearing it at night, and said that for some reason, it works. PT, ice therapy and nightly use of this sleeve has almost cured my tennis elbow. The price on this is great, and I couldn't find one locally so I bought from Amazon. The size runs a little small, so get the next size larger.

NOTE TO BODYBUILDERS:
I have problems with my elbows killing from lifting heavy weights. Anytime I bump by elbows on anything they kill and are more sore than if I worked them out hard. I bought 2 of these elbow sleeves for each arm. I wear them a 1/2 hour before I workout to get my joints and elbows warmed up to lifting. These work great for elbow support while doing my Tri/Chest workouts. Unbelievable support on the elbows. Less pain after workouts and they give so much support while lifting that when you take them off if it feels like you should leave them on. Now for interior tendons when doing curls and Bicep workouts these will actually put more pressure on your arms from pump and they get uncomfortable. I take them off 1/4 of the way into a Bicep/Back workout. I wear them just enough to get my arms warmed up.What size should you buy?16-18 inch arms -- Large18+ size arms -- X-Large

Doesn't do anything for the elbow
Got this sleeve last year as my doctor recommended to get a neoprene sleeve for elbow support for the problem I had at the time. Doctor also suggested the size, but I also measured myself before ordering (doctor was correct). I have a normally sized/shaped arm, but the sleeve is way too tight above the elbow, and way too loose below the elbow, and it doesn't provide any pressure at the elbow area - and this was why I bought it in the first place. Tried pulling it up higher, didn't work either - cut off circulation at the upper edge, still didn't properly support the elbow. Should have just used elastic bandage. (I folded the sleeve and use it now as a wrist pad or elbow pad at the computer.)

Simple, inexpensive, good quality, gets the job done.
I use these as a skid layer under my skating protection gear. They work great at preventing abrasions caused by the protection liner rubbing against elbow skin. They tend to size a little small in my opinion. Very comfortable to wear even for extended periods of time, and easy to wash. Half the price of the competition, and at least as good.

Pain Relief
Never thought I would have pain in my elbow, but after a few years of working out the pain can be bothersome at times, The Mueller Sleeve works as expected. It is warm, but not to warm, and helps relief the pain. I was worried about the size. My arm (at rest) measures exactly 12", so I decided to go with Large. It fits nicely, not too tight, but tight enough to stay in place during work out. Well worth $8-$9.

True to size
I have never ordered any brace or sleeve that was actually true to size. So, I order the next size up...and sent it back. My experience is that these are true to size. Good seem construction.

Sleeve
It works well enough, but for me I guess my arms dont fit in there sleeve sizes. i got 2 larges and they fit fine when wearing them in everyday work. But I orimarily got them for the gym and found they were a little to constricting.

Elbow Sleeve
This product is exactly as promised. It gives support without being too stiff and not allowing the elbow to move. The price on Amazon can be a lot lower than in stores if you spend the time to research what you buy. I am becoming more of a consumer online, and I am finding with comparison shopping that you can save a lot from the local stores.
