Works great!
Charge it up and start your filing! I love smooth heels on my feet. Unfortunately, I can't always enjoy smooth feet bcuz I walk around barefoot alot. So once a week I run this over the rough edges and voila! The best part is it sucks in all the dead skin. Then you open and empty it into the toilet bowl, or a paper towel, use the little brush cleaner and it's ready to go for the next timeI bought 6 and gave them away as Christmas gifts!

Works great, but mini USB charging ports are garbage
This item works well, does what it is supposed to do. I have previously used the PedEgg manual version with great results but a mess. This one does a great job of containing the flying skin cells. The charger cable is too short in my opinion, but can work with that.I have used it 3 times and the charger port pin broke. This is a common problem with this type of port, and if I had thought about it I would have passed on the item. No dropping or traumatic charger abuse, just will not charge. Last use it was fine, this attempt was not. I know the pin is broken because the charger will literally fall out. I would suggest using a magnetic charger port insert and cable to reduce wear and tear. I wish I had thought to do it, as I have those items on hand due to previous issues with mini USB ports.Unfortunately, I am just over a year out since purchase so I doubt I can get the company to replace it. Bummer, since I also got extra heads for it and a storage case. Very much displeased. I will try to contact the company, will update and add a star if they do anything about it.

Very efficient, but need attentive care to use!
The device does well in removing my calluses on my feet. Nice and smooth! And no mess! Like the light!However, could suggest a couple of improvements.It is a bit difficult to work on the corn on my little toe; I misjudged the positioning of the head, and nicked the surrounding skin. Ouch! It would be better if the head is angled, so the user and better see where the grinding head is pointing at.Another thing it is a bit of a chore to clean the shavings from the device. Wish it is designed to make it easier to do this chore. Side sliding cleaning tray?

Disposable--NO Replacement pads sold
I love my PediVac and thus gifted it to family and friends--all 2024 birthdays. We all now complain about PediVAC not selling "replacement" pads for this foot-care tool. After 4-mos of use, the pad no longer works. The pads made by "move love" are too big--not usable--as these are for the "old-version" only. This makes the PediVac a very expensive disposable tool--a MUST throw-away while in great working condition. Contacted PediVac and they cannot provide a date for release pads for the "new-PediVac-version" (the one I purchased multiple times). I strongly question this company's strategy/integrity/honesty/customer care of selling a product knowing that it will be obsolete/unusable so soon after purchase.
