These are definitely garlic pills. They smell like garlic in a bad way. I usually like to eat fresh garlic and even garlic powder in my food, but these “odorless” capsules smell and taste like garlic, and not in a good way. I just started taking them (1 per day) and have no idea if they’re helping with anything. I don’t think they’re making me smell like garlic, but I take them in the evening just in case the smell might come out of my pores. My husband hasn’t noticed anything so far luckily, but I did have that problem when I took fenugreek years ago. (Luckily that supplement made me smell like maple syrup, so I didn’t mind that!) Even the skin on my hand where the pill rested smells faintly of garlic. I really hope to see positive results with these capsules, and it’s worth it to me to deal with the smell, but it’s too soon to tell.
