Beautiful and Elegant!
We bought this shower head and faucet handle for our newly remodeled shower. They are so beautiful. We bought two of these. They both came with a different showerhead (Awaken). We actually like the Awaken showerhead better than the one that is supposed to come with this (Pitch), so are very happy. The handle is gorgeous and modern - just the look we wanted.

Water spots are terrible! Diverter for tub doesn't work well.
*Update*I have changed my rating to one star since trying these for the first time. The tub diverter is flimsy and does not work well. You have to pull it up just so in order for it to fully divert to tub and even then it dripped constantly.I purposely bought this set in the brushed nickel because it said it was water spot resistant. As you can see from the photos the water spotting is terrible. These have only gotten wet once when the plumber tried them to make sure everything was working and not leaking. They have not actually been used yet with any soaps or cleaners. The water spots do not come off. I would not suggest buying these.

THE SHOWER HEAD IS NOT THE SAME AS THE PHOTO - STILL A NICE SHOWER TRIM - SEE KOHLER PART K-72417-SN. THIS IS WHAT COMES IN THE PACKAGE.

Decent but stain prone
After one day it being installed it’s already been hard to remove water stains. Looks good when it’s clean but get stained super fast. Also loud whistling noise is observed when in use.

Very nice shower trim.
As always, Kohler delivers. I don't think I've ever had any major problems with Kohler products and the few times that something broke down the line, they have replaced parts for free. Very good customer service.

I received a return/opened box.
I just received this item. It was a previously returned. Not impressed. I didn’t order an open box. I wonder why it was returned?
