Sloppily made and arrived with crushed corners.
Arrived crushed on the corners, shipper didn’t even bother to place this important item in a bubble envelope!?. Just slapped a shipping label on the grad caps bag and threw it out the door. Nice!

Wrong year
The cap is fine, but the tassel has a wrong year attached. Extra hassle to replace it.

The tassels were not attached.
I bought these caps for our small COVID grad. The fit everyone well and the colour was perfect. The only complaint is that the tassels were not attached to the caps, so when we threw them for a photo the tassels all came off. It was a bit of a pain to have to run around and find a tassel as well as a cap afterwards. Other that that, the caps were great.
