Better tv than I expected and after sales support exceptional
Great tv, i wired it directly to a speaker so I dont know if the sound quality is good, but through an external speaker its perfect. Had a minor issue with the power supply which was resolved in two emails, a huge relief to know the customer support is so good!Id highly recommend it as a bathroom tv.

Over a year later this tv is still the worst on the market…Hit or miss whether it works
***Update Oct 2022*** despite Support trying to come up with solutions as to what is wrong with this tv it still only works when it wants to. The TV continues to turn itself off randomly for absolutely no explanation. It is not a Wi-Fi/internet issue like support suggested. I have gigabit broadband and yes despite Wi-Fi signal loss there is absolutely nothing wrong with strength in my bathroom. The airpin app to allow streaming from apple device, which had become almost the only way to watch programmes on the tv, now also doesn’t work as it says it needs the license renewed with absolutely no instruction how this would be done as apparently all firmware is up to date. This is a really lousy piece of kit and for £650 feels like day light robbery with how bad the tv is. ***please buyers beware….it’s probably absolutely fine for listening to music or radio but absolutely shocking for app based streaming services.***This TV looks good and is easy to instal. However the interface that it is running is quite poor at times. Often it will start up and the applications won’t run or they will terminate whilst running I.e. Netflix during a programme. The TV itself on many occasions has turned itself off and back on for no reason. You can be watching a programme and the picture will jump through segments with audio flicking in and out. Lastly the airpin app for mirroring a device across, my iPad for example has a significant audio delay so the video is running at least 10seconds ahead. That’s pretty impossible to use. The remote is pretty useless as well. I had high hopes but it’s a bit of a disappointment given the price, I wouldn’t recommend unless there is some kind of software improvement that can be done.

Remote control
Ok so changing my review as the sellers very quickly sent replacement remote! Arrived in 48 hours and solved the issue. Having tv in bathroom is a luxury but great! Quality super

Very good customer service
Although there was a fault with the tv after 6 months the replacement was given very quickly and also the New tv functions excellent.

Impressive. Great mirror/TV for our bathroom.
Impressed. When TV is off, looks like a normal mirror in our bathroom. Turn on the TV and the picture shows through really well. Running Android so easy to install apps. Was a bit worried that the viewing angles would be limited but I shouldn't have. All good. Can watch from the bath with no problem. Waterproof remote is ok but a bit slow to respond. Also doesn't seem to have a pause/play button which is annoying. Comes with two ways to install (mounting cage or wall bracket). Good picture and sound. Overall pleased with this set.

Love this TV in my bathroom. Picture is brilliant sound is amazing was worried I would need a speak too but no need as the volume is really loud.

Broke already lines down screen
Screen broke after 6 months but aftercare was spot one and replied quickly and helpful, new tv on the way

Very Expensive Mirror! Television Has Never Worked Properly!
Bought for my lady for Christmas as she likes to spend a long time relaxing in the bath.Got it professionally fitted by an electrician.Looks great!The mirror works perfectly!So many people have tried and failed to get it to the television to work, WI-FI doesn't seem to want to work, when all the other TVs and tablets work fine in the house, and the tablet works fine in the bathroom on WI-FI. So the Mrs watches Netflix on her tablet on our WI-FI with the tablet leant up against it.So I ran a long hard wire directly into the router, still won't work properly.What am I doing wrong?Is there a trouble shooting guide to download from somewhere?Is there a comprehensive instruction guide to download from somewhere?Tried to contact sellers through Amazon, no luck.Tried to email sellers, no luck.So thought I'd write a review and see if that gets me any help....Any suggestions gratefully received.
