Solid...but stinky!
Okay, so let me tell you about this rubber speed bump I picked up. Now, I'm not actually using it out on the mean streets or anything like that. Nope, this bad boy has found a home in my garage, acting as a trusty parking stop. And let me tell you, it's been quite the experience.First off, when I unboxed this thing, whoa! It had a serious odor. Like, straight-out-of-the-factory, industrial rubber smell. It was potent enough that I had to leave it out in the garage with the door open for a good week before I could even think about using it. It wasn't a pleasant aroma, let me tell you, but thankfully, after that week of airing out, the smell completely dissipated. So, just a heads up if you get one – plan for some airing-out time. Now that the smell was gone, I could actually focus on the thing itself, and I have to say, I'm impressed. It's constructed from this really heavy-duty, industrial-grade rubber. You can tell just by touching it that it's built to last. It feels incredibly solid and robust. I can see why they advertise it as having a high bearing capacity – this thing could probably handle a small tank, let alone my car. I'm confident it will hold up for years, even with daily use.One of the features I appreciate, even though I'm using it in my garage, is the bright yellow and black coloring. It's super visible. In a darker garage, it's easy to see where my parking spot ends, which is exactly what I needed. It’s a good safety feature, even in my limited use case. I can definitely see how this high visibility would be a huge benefit in a parking lot or on a street, especially at night. It really catches the eye.Another thing I noticed is the design of the top surface. It’s got these little grooves and textures, which I assume are meant to provide extra traction. It's a nice touch. I haven't had any issues with my tires slipping on it, even when it's wet from washing the car. This speed bump also boasts two channels running along the bottom. Now, I’m not running any cables or hoses under mine in the garage, but I can see how useful that would be in other settings. It’s a clever design that keeps cables protected from getting crushed by passing vehicles. It adds an extra layer of functionality that I appreciate, even if I'm not utilizing it directly.Installation was pretty straightforward. It comes with pre-drilled holes, which made it easy to secure to my concrete garage floor. I just used some concrete anchors, and it's rock solid. It’s not going anywhere. The fact that you can bolt it down to gravel, asphalt, or concrete is a testament to its versatility. And if you needed a longer length, you could just splice multiple sections together, which is a really smart modular design.Overall, despite the initial odor issue, I'm really happy with this rubber speed bump. It's tough, well-designed, highly visible, and easy to install. It's doing exactly what I need it to do as a parking stop in my garage, and I can see how it would be equally effective in a variety of other applications. Just remember to give it some time to air out!

Totally different than the photo - and product fails quickly
This is not even close to what is shown in the photos. What they sent was two large rubber triangles that back up to one another to make a speed bump. I guess it will work as a speed bump, but it is NOT what was advertised.UPDATE: the corners of the speed bump are totally failing after just a couple of months. I am going to have to replace. Do not buy this product - you will be very disappointed.
