Q: I am right at the limit between medium and large size, will these stretch over time? should i go for medium or large?

Hi Kostas, Personally I would say they are true to size they do stretch and are a good fit, however, my legs are very chunky with what they refer to as thunder thighs so although these sleeves do fit, they roll back down to my knees. That said I still wear them folded over so they sit just under my knee joints. Hope this helps D.

Q: Will this knee sleeve slide while wearing sports?

In my experience, the knee braces do move slightly during the day, but I don't think doing any form of sports, or wearing sports clothing should make it move very much at all.

Q: how long should I keep them on each time I use them

I wear mine whenever I have some hard physical work, however many hours it takes. If my knees are really bad, I’ll even wear them in bed. The support reduces pain and increases confidence.
