100% recommend, sounds amazing in cabin. Not obnoxiously loud

Very good exhaust for the price, but it should have had 2 large gaskets and one smaller, but came the other way around so I had to get another gasket.

The package did not come with gaskets or bolts. Even though it shows them in the picture

The media could not be loaded. I've had this on my wrx for around 5 months now, sound isn't greatest but also not the worst. I had muffler deletes before and it was just too loud and raspy for me. This exhaust sounds way better than that and its toned down. Not much droning at 75-85mph on freeway, but there definitely is some. As for the fitment, mufflers are practically touching bumper, had to bend the hanger to make it clear better. GASKET, make sure you order a gasket, mine definitely came with one wrong size gasket. I want to say the gaskets for the muffler to mid section are correct but not the other gaskets, one was too small.

For the money it worked out well. I have a few issues, but again for the money is hard to complain too much. 1. Once mounted the muffler sticks out a little far on one side. Not a ton, but noticable. 2. It was shipped with the gaskets and one of the three was the incorrect size, so I will have to replace it. 3. Packaging was pretty terrible and was also missing bolts. I'm amazed it actually made it to my doorstep with any parts. The box was destroyed. 4. The muffler tip was just slightly bent as well. Not horribly bad, but again I notice it. As for the sound, I was happy they are nice and mellow. They resonate let than stock on the inside at cruise and growl more under acceleration. Smooth sound, no popping or cackling at all. I also was happy with the heavy metal plates where it bolted up. I have had pipes and exhaust with rolled metal joints that just don't seal and rattle, but these seem to be sturdy and seal pretty well so far. Install was super easy. About 40 minutes form start to finish to remove the old and put the new on.

I put this on my 2012 Forester and it is LOUD. Lots of drone in the cabin. More so than my ‘14 WRX had with 5” nameless axle back and Helmholtz resonator. So much so that I am going to cut the old resonator off on the stock Forester 2.5” pipe and connect it to the 3” mid-pipe. I also found that I needed an extra 3” gasket (which I had already), and springs/bolts and donut gasket for the mid pipe connection. I also used extended exhaust hangers to clear the forester bumper. Otherwise the finish of this kit and quality looks really nice. Excited to actually go for a drive and open it up!
