Very good apply at bed time

I like the size of the bottle, it arrived well packaged. i have been using it and find my skin nice and smooth after use, I spray it on my legs as i often get leg cramp and it seems to work.

I got it yesterday and tried it mid-afternoon because we were having a yard sale. I'm off sugar and chemicals which helped alot. I got this as part of my tool kit, (vitamin d, stretching, hot tub, swimming, occasional melatonin). I used it on my shoulder and lower back when they began to ache. It was immediately refreshing and light. End of day I realized I didn't have a back ache any longer. I will keep testing it out but Wow. I applied for a rebate so many receive a discount on this order later. If it keeps working I'd buy it every month like clockwork. I slept great last night which is rare. I'm sure it is a cumulative effect of everything I'm doing but even a little help for chronic pain is worth it. I'll try to update.

This is a tremendous help before bed to calm my leg muscles that tend to become overactive when I try to sleep, restless leg syndrome.It also helps my son with pain in his knee at night. He has Avascular Necrosis of the knee and it is very painful.I highly reccomend that you keep a bottle of this in your medicine cabinet.

I use this product in the evenings about an hour before bed to help relax. I am also a chronic migraine sufferer, and it seems to reduce the frequency of migraines. It does cause tingling/burning, but its tolerable and goes away within about 20 minutes.

Package came broken and leaking and YOURE NOT ABLE TO RETURN this item if it is defective unlike stated above. Not sure how they can get away as youre not even able to replace the item. Scummy practice

I did a lot of research on magnesium. You can't get any better than this product. True magnesium from the Netherlands carries the Zechstein Inside logo. A lot of fakes out there. I was fooled by one that looked very similar. It said Genuine Zechstein. Wrong! This one is now my magnesium source from this point forward. I won't buy anything else, now that I found this. Very happy. Thanks for the quality product. I love it!

I use this Magnesium spray at night before I go to bed. Helps me sleep. I also give this to my daughter to use at night She has anxiety and it helps her sleep without any side effects. Will always be in my arsenal of natural products that makes life better, If you don't know about Magnesium spray, research online. It's worth the effort.
