Originally I went to replace the screen I originally bought, only to discover they no longer offered my size, so this was the only one in white that would fit my patio doors. I wasn't sure if I'd like the opening off to the side instead of the front like my original screen, but I LOVED it!Because it opens on the side (in my case the RHS), it gives a much cleaner look and I couldn't be happier. The velcro fit right on top of the original tracking strips I had installed and because of this, took literally 1 minute to install.The original one didn't last because I never took it down in winter, but this one I not only coated with a UV-protecting scotch guard, but will not use it during the winter months when no mosquitoes are around. So I should a longer life than the year-and-a-half the other one lasted before it started ripping and shredding.Very happy customer here.

I think it's because the off center entry point, but it's kind of a tight squeeze for lack of better terms to get through. I also had high hopes it would keep the cat out of the nursery so we could leave the door open to get air flow for baby. She can easily enter and exit. So I need to figure out how to remedy that. I was just hoping my cat wouldn't be intelligent enough to think she could through😅

Last year I purchased a black magnetic screen with the middle opening. A real pain getting to the handle. When I saw the Yotache White Reversible Left Right Side Opening Tall Magnetic Screen, I immediately ordered it. I also love the fact that it comes in white, which I ordered. It blends in very nicely with the white doors. I had no choice but to buy the 98" long screen, to meet my needed dimensions. I was able to cut it down and re-sew the bottom hem. I just leave my door open and the storm door about 6", and now the cats can come in and out as they please. Since I have a cat proof fence, I don't have to worry that any other critters may come into my house. Once the heat gets turned on, I just remove the screen and pack it away for the next year. Great invention with the side opening!!!

We were inundated with so many bugs in peak summer evenings. We could not keep the backyard door open for even for few minutes before a fly would enter the house. This mesh saved us from all of them. It's very easy to attach, stays in place securely and opens up without any problems. My kids just walk past it.. The magnets are strong enough to keep it shut.
