Nice sturdy chair perfect for me

It has been two weeks I have purchased this chair and I can see the color has already started to peel off badly. The quality is so poor. Definitely would never recommend anyone to buy any product from this manufacturer. So disappointed.

Build quality is good, paint job is serviceable.Please note that this chair is for people 5'7" or below (170cms).The biggest problem with this chair is that it was delivered in the flimsiest of bubble wraps which gets scuffed and torn in transit - leading to scuffing and chipping on the chair.While that does not compromise the main purpose of this chair - yogic practice - what it definitely does is that it makes this chair absolutely overpriced.A sturdy yoga chair can be bought for around 1,800 and a less sturdy one for around 1,500 offline. Add a delivery or transport of 200-300 and this chair still comes out at least 250 rupees overpriced.To deliver a chair without decent cardboard packaging at that price is unequivocally indecent.

Very nice quality of product

This is a very nice product to have. I am giving 5 rating because of the FOM support staff who helped in taking care of the product exchange because of some of defect/quality issues not identified before sending the product. Hoping 5 ratings will encourage FOM to do best in the first attempt.Suggestion: Please work together as a team to ensure that product, its look and feel/quality is always up to the mark before sending. Return/Exchange process is tough for clients too because pick up team is rude and doesn't even keep a tape to wrap the product. They want everything to be done by the client.
