biOrb Decor Set - 30L Stone Garden

Good quality but the plants are very small. I have the biorb tube 30l which is quite tall so the top 2/3 of the tank is totally bare. Ill need to add taller plants. Some of the topiary balls have gaps in that look like tetras or other small fish might get stuck in so if you have them this might not be for you. Oh and everything is exactly the same shade of green so doesnt look natural. Otherwise nice.

One of our danios got caught in the “moss” ball and died. For a set that is specifically designed for the 30L Biorb, which is not suitable for large fish, really annoyed that a decoration included in this set killed my danio. The holes in the central structure of the ball should not be big enough for a fish to fit through. Avoid if you have 1/2 inch fish in your tank.

Really liked the look of this compared to other Biorb decoration sets which I find a bit gaudy (just a matter of taste). It’s a bit expensive for what it is and I’m a little disappointed that some of the spiky “leaves” on the giant moss ball have started to come away although it’s a nice surprise that Cherry Shrimp and kuhli Loaches have found it a nice sanctuary to live inside. Started replacing the fake plants over time for real ones as they help control the water parameters. All the items in this set can be bought individually ie the shells come as a set.

Love this set, looks great in my biorb tube tank ... only problem I found is with the two smaller grass balls they seem to not be very weighty so float unless tied down but still would recommend.

Perfect decoration for the Bio-Orb, although a tad expensive. Quality is top notch though.
