I like that it isn't too expensive and that the quality is up there taste wise.It won't be around long enough for it to crystalize on me because I drink a variety of teas and I drink it often, a few times a day.Honey has more calories per serving than sugar, but it's exponentially better for you as you may or may not have known.I like that it doesn't smell bad. Seriously. One brand on the pricey side no less than claims to be organic and have all the benefits of comparable priced brands just doesn't cut it for me personally.I don't buy the one that smells bad anymore. I didn't rate them because I don't want to compare them and criticize them if for some reason it's just me that finds the smell offensive.So as not to confuse things, I have nothing negative to say about Carmichael's brand here and unless they decide to raise the price I will continue using this brand.An excellent value for taste and quality in my view to my taste.

The honey is dark sweet thick with no after taste would suggest it to family and friend to purchase. Would like to see this in larger sizes

Is thicker and has a slightly darker "honey" taste than the Nature Nate's brand, but I still prefer Nate's

This Carmichael's honey is excellent. It's almost as good as the more expensive Manuka honey. It tastes great, pours easily and has a nice dark color. I'll be using honey more often in my recipes and baking, Just ordered my 2nd bottle.

This honey taste great, it is worth its value, the texture is perfect, and just an overall thumbs up

I bought this product (can not call it honey) and keep it for 3 weeks. It didn't crystallized that tells me that this is not raw honey.The only reason I bought it is to use it for medical purposes that what actually real honey should be. But I can't trust this liquid that is not crystallized (first sign that that product is diluted or heated).I wouldn't recommend it to buy if you are not looking for sweet taste only. Actually real honey is not supposed to be sweet like sugar syrup, sometimes it's not sweet enough. That is also another sign that the honey is real and raw.
