Q: Are these suitable to grow dwarf fruit trees in?

Should be okay as long they meet the minimum volume requirements of the tree. I also still in some extra holes on side and buttom for better drainage.

Q: how much soil do they hold?

dont know but looks as it will be quite a lot

Q: Are these Planters suitable for Tomatoes, Cucumber, Beans, Pees to grow to maturity and so on ? Looking for size for final transplantation?

I used them for flowers, however they are big enough for small things like peas salad I would not grow over 1 mtr dwarf beans ok
