The media could not be loaded. the LCD arrived at the proper address on time and was packed very well. I see a lot of comments about how terrible this screen is. If you haven't replaced these screens before then you don't know to be very gentle with these LCDs, no matter where you buy them.ALWAYS unplug the battery from a device when replacing electronic sensitive parts. The screen is flimsy and will crack or damage very easily. Handle it gently.The screen is very clear and had I no issues with installing it. I will add photos and video of how clear the screen is as well. If you receive a defective one remember that millions of these are made every day and batches are constantly being tested. The main breakdown in quality with these types of devices is usually due to the carrier's handling and the user's failure to install properly. Neither of those has anything to do with the seller or the manufacturer. Apple gets their screens from China, just like everyone else. Please don't be fooled into thinking they don't.This device required a new digitizer and LCD replacement. The LCD even came with a tempered glass which was a nice touch also. The screen is responsive and the LCD is vibrant. The brightness was not set to the highest either.

This item appears to be the correct part but the surface is scratched, is delaminating and has bubbles. This part is obviously used based on the it's phusical condition and after installing it was also defective.

Easy to install and comes with everything you need to do the installation also comes with screen protector. Picture quality is great have no issues with the picture or the touch. Had to order twice though first one i received was defective but had the replacement in the next couple days.

I bought the USED version of this product. The first one I ordered came in a BUBBLE ENVELOPE and was cracked from delivery... I returned it and ordered another but had amazon gift wrap it in another box and it came in great condition, installed correctly, and functions perfectly! The tools included are OK, but you will want to order a pair of larger suction cups to get the screen off and you will need a heat gun.

This is a top notch company, I had the screen for about a month and it worked great. Then out of now where, it stop working. I contacted their customer service and they were able to discover what was wrong from a video I made, they are sending me a new screen with updated software. Top notch customer service!!!

I cannot possibly express how happy I am with the service I received from this vendor, SRJTEK. First of all the product is great but most importantly, they're customer service is world class. My son cracked the digitizer on his iPad. I ordered and replaced it myself but in doing so, I cracked his LCD. I ordered this screen to replace the one I cracked. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that they KNEW I would need. They included event I needed to replace and install it plus new 3M 300LSE adhesive as well as a new tempered glass screen protector. Fast, on-time delivery and great customer service. What more could you ask for?

The media could not be loaded. *mar 2022*The LCD came cracked, the LCD looked normal no scratches or cracks.. so I installed and once its in and didnt come on (tester b4 securing) i thought maybe it's just dead so i complete the install and secure and charge over night. It's now the next day fully charged but the freaking screen is in shambles ugh......Screen protector came cracked, LCD is um ok it works but half screen is bright and other side is dark but it works just fine just wish the screen protector wasnt cracked.
