So I have vaginismus and I'm a really small 4'10" and 25 year old woman. Just finding dilators that would fit inside me in the first place was hard enough, but the smallest size dilator here was the size of my pinky finger. It wasn't really intimidating at all. After 2 weeks I moved up to the next size and it went well. However I found that the 3rd to 4th size dilators and the 4th to 5th size dilators were a bit of a jump. I managed to get through to the 4th dilator, and it's been going fine despite some struggles. But shit, the last one is just so big for me. I'm sure I'll get to it eventually but it's taking me a LONG TIME. So be warned because the first few dilators may fly by but the last two take a lot of perseverance, and I really wish there was one more size between the 4th and 5th dilators. I am smaller than pretty much all women though, but this was a good set for a small person like me overall. I also want to point out that it is hard plastic and doesn't bend in any way. When you insert it normally, like a tampon, it don't hurt but if you move it around in you it gets uncomfortable and trying to move positions in bed straight up hurts if it's all the way inside you (for the bigger sizes). If anyone is trying to attempt PIV, I do think your man will feel a lot better than a giant plastic tube inside you, LOL.

These were prescribed to regain comfortable sexual activity after experiencing radiation treatment for colorectal cancer. The vagina has lost elasticity and requires using a product like this to incrementally dilate it.

The soft plastic and wide range of sizes is great!

These are HARD PLASTIC, not soft and certainly not "silky".Honestly, I haven't found a set on Amazon that's affordable soft silicone, I'd just stick with the Pure Romance ones my OBGYN recommends, they worked for me the first round and it was bad after cancer.

Doctor told me I needed dilators after my surgery. These worked great. Nice material. I can use them in the tub for my therapy. Box they came in was plain so no one knew what I got.

From small to the largest, there is a big jump in sizes between 3 and 4, making it VERY difficult to transition for the vaginal usage. Had I realized it, I would have returned it sooner before the date had expired.
