The fixture looks awesome in my white tiled bathroom and works great. The hand shoer head gets a little hot in your hand, but I love the rain shower head on top. And it can be adjusted to peoples hight, a great plus. Love, love,love it - great quality, solid brass.

update:the seller reached out to me and offered me a refund, which is great since we’ll have to order a replacement.this was such a pain to install and is still not working properly. manual was of different systems/ faucets so was no help at all. the rubber piece inside the top pipe was so flimsy it broke as soon as we tried attaching them/was possibly broken before. there was a crack in the rubber so it was leaking out the side attached to the wall. leaked on every joint, even after a gasket and teflon was applied. definitely not worth the money.

We bought this shower, it looks beautiful but we are going to have to throw it in the garbage. Every fitting spews water out. This faucet is unusable. Do not buy this shower.

Bought in Sept. In advance. Opened Nov. Our ceiling is too low for use. I can't return and lost me $, while I need to purchase another. Therefore, I never used/tested product so my rating of 4 is on quality. Beautifully, crafted unit.

I’m still renovating, the item looks like quality, so far so good. Pretty easy to install, however my walls have no Sheetrock so easier. Make sure you get the distances correct to connect the faucet. Nice look!

Bought last year, worked amazing till now. The shower head it's made in two parts. It's leaking from the rim where both pieces come together, not where it connects to 3/4 inch pipe. If I tighten center adaptor it helps but still leaks. I'm sure it's an easy fix but can't find how to get ahold of company for help. This is an 8inch shower head, and i'm sure it's a gasket causing the issue (8 inch, not the 3/4 inch). Hoping someone can help. I would of given them at least 4 starts if I could get ahold of them, says 5 year warranty.

So far product quality is great! Metal is heavy. Very pretty. Large shower head. Nice that it comes with extension pole, but I think base height on thos one is smaller than others that are extendable plus you can add a bar. So this one even with the bar comes in shorter than others by a few inches, but we have lower ceilings so this was a plus for us since we are converting a cast iron tub, and you Stand higher in it anyway. If using for conversion like us track down some adapters because our faucet from 1917 is 3 inches apart vs this which comes 🤔 6? I did spent 30 dollars on adapters from another company because I didn't see any in this store. I will update once they come with any issues once fully installed. All is great with this shower. Contacted seller for additional extension pipe and they sent it right away for free and communicated constantly!! Great customer service.

The media could not be loaded. I've had this for a year now and I'm here to say I LOVE it! I'm doing my basement remodel next and will be buying another! I'm an interior designer and opted to instal indoors and the quality is impeccable. Easy to clean hard water, simple instal! You will not regret it!
