Great Travel Notebook But Needs some Tweaking
I bought this as a travel notebook. I needed something light, inexpensive, longer battery life, and with some ports that I could use for different circumstances (HDMI, USB A, USB C, and an SD card slot). The SD card slot is a mini, I do with it was standard SD to work more easily with my camera memory card, but happy have it regardless. This size is perfect and I can slip it into my medium sized purse. Also handy, it's super light but made of metal, so it feels substantial and quality unlike a piece of cheap plastic that I get with some chrome books.I had to do a lot of tweaking to get this notebook to behave well and get the advertised battery performance. I turned off all the track pad features because it was jumpy and unpredictable, often interfering with work and aggravating me. I don't use touch screen. I disabled or removed all most the applications that shipped with it. I changed all of the battery settings to the most conservative... this was necessary to get the long battery life that Samsung and other review sites claim. If I hadn't done this I was looking at a very hot laptop that lasted about 3-4 hours. With everything turned off and dialed in I can carry the laptop for days in suspended mode with nightly usage for about 30 - 120 minutes without a charge and it emits minimal heat and almost zero fan noise. If you want to use Bitlocker, you'll need to an upgraded Windows version, not Home.

works perfectly
There may be some tweaking needed for optimal performance for those complaining about issues, but I didn't encounter much if any. It worked smoothly out of the box. Pricing is fair for what you get and I also tested Macbook Pro, own M2, and have been a power PC user for over a decade for comparison.

Blue screen on first day
When I got the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro I charged it fully for a couple of hours (as instructed) and then when I went to turn it on for the first time the screen turned black reading "Preparing Automatic Repair" followed by "Diagnosing your PC" then the screen turned blue and said "Automatic Repair - Your PC did not start correctly" then gave two options to restart or look at advanced options. The laptop then began restarting over and over again. I had to return it the same day I got it. I am very very disappointed.

Don't get if you're coming from a MacBook Air
I have a Samsung phone so, I thought I'd switch over. I'm sure the actual software and hardware is fine but, coming from a 13 in MB Air makes this laptop feel like a netbook. Returning just for that fact really.

Great lightweight portable laptop
Used this for almost two months so far. I do front web development, network system admin, and some light graphic design. Plenty of power and ultra portability. Pretty solid build quality in a machine this light. I have the i5 8gb variation and deem it powerful for an on the move workstation.

Works well
Like the size, speed and clarity of the computer. Do not like the frequent intrusion of Windows and their effort to wipe out Google.

Great but....
At first when I got this laptop it was super fast and it was easy to use. But lately it's just been freezing. I only got 4 tabs open and PowerPoint on this laptop. There's no Power button which I don't like because I can't restart or shutdown. I don't know if this is because of window 11.. sometimes when I do zoom calls it starts heat up and power off. If I would of known this I wouldn't of gotten this... I wish I got warranty but I was thinking "ooo its Samsung it should work really good" 😕I'm currently here waiting and not sure when it will unfreeze...
