Pretty good phone with four year updates
Pros:* beautiful screen* great cameras, although the macro camera is a bit of a gimmick* plenty of storage and ram, hopefully it lasts for few years* Samsung has promised 4 years of OS+security updatesCons:* phone is loaded with a lot of preinstalled apps and bloatware - most of this can be removed* asks to login to Samsung account for stuff like secure folders, and themes

Receiver found more noisy sound during call
I got this mobile at 24/2/23 for my dad. He just used this mobile 5 days back. During call receiver found more noisy sound. I gave the mobile to local Samsung customer service centre. They service and gave the mobile. Next day we found the same receiver noisy sound again. This mobile finished return day. I should have to return or replace this mobile. So, I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Not worth the money, better options for same price available
Though for namesake the is HDR, hi res video streaming avilable. But this is not the case when I started using the device. Does not play YouTube video beyond 1080 p resolution. Netflix will not recognise the device as HD streaming capable and only play videos in cheap SD resolution. Is the case for the OTT platforms in A33. Samsung Customer care can just take feedback but can't do anything to fix the issue. Multiple compliants won't yield any results. A very regretful purchase, and will make sure not to get any more samsung mobiles.

Call drops Poor Voice Quality - Samsung A33 5G
After 2 months of usage, I am experiencing frequent call drops and extremely poor voice and call quality.When I checked in Samsung Member forum, I found similar issues reported by users across the global for A33 5G model.Please do not buy this product.
