Amazon advise was to return the product if it was delivered without headphones. I tried to contact the seller but no response till now. If this was happening with AliExpress they apologized and send the missing parts along with a compensation. Amazon is far from AliExpress

Hi, this phone like all the Redmi series comes with a plastic bumper case which fits very neatly on the phone. I can say that these cases do work very well as I have never had a broken screen since using these cases with Redmi phones, unlike several smashed screens using the wallet type protector that you can buy
