Arrive fast.Easy to set up and move .i like the size and color. It's nicer then window AC that take up complete window. Very little bit noisy. But it's not a big deal. Cool enough. It works well so far.

The product is really good, effective and give you real cold air. The hose mig by be a little sloppy, the noise is what it is, it is like you put small compressor in your room. You cant get away from the noise but it gives you little white noise which is fine. The customer service is outstanding, my delivery was 1 week late and i was eligible to get refund. They tried to help me and issued me some refund and I was very happy that they paid a lot of attention to what was going on. 5 stars to product and 5 stars to customer service.

Decent unit for the price. I wish it was a little quieter but does the job keeping my place cool.

We live in a town home and cannot have window units. My children’s rooms are pretty small and the last 3 summers they’ve been forced to sleep downstairs during the hot summers. I bought two of these units and have to say they have absolutely saved the summer. The kids rooms are artic cold and everyone is sleeping in their beds. Great ac unit. I have no regrets buying this and believe it could cool a larger area than the kids rooms. Fantastic

this portable air conditioner is amazing. I have used it for a month and it definitely is worth it.1. the size of this AC is much much smaller then the typical ones you find in typical stores. i definitely like the design also. Especially the square top allows me to put items on top for extra shelving.2. the AC works wonders even though it is smaller i feel it works just as any other large products. I have had no issues keeping room cool. I kept it in a 300sq ft room. It also seems to work quieter then most of the ones i have had experience with. Lots of functions not difficult to use3. The only downside is the remote is kind of plain and looks alittle older but it works as advertised

Unit cools adequately. Badly packaged for delivery, poor protection for unit. Easy set/up except for venting. Exhaust hose is difficult to attach and is low quality.

I bought this for a friend who lives on the opposite side of the country from me. She said it works fabulously and keeps her little studio apartment deliciously cool!
