Pretty good in theory it doesn’t check all the boxes
Great pack plenty of room and organization of a field service tech it’s everything I need only complaint I have is the “leather“ falls apart extremely fast, and when you’re carrying a heavy load and you cinch up the pack to sit higher on your back the hard bottom of the pack digs into your back making it pretty uncomfortable.

Mostly great, but one annoying flaw
Very high quality product, as it should be for the price. The self-standing feature alone is worth the temporary pain in the wallet, but there are many other great qualities.I would change a few things, but the main problem I have is with the dual zippers. They are good sturdy zippers, but they need to design them to lock together somehow. Often when the pack is full, and I attempt to pick it up and wear it, the weight of the contents pulls the zippers open and things fall out.Very frustrating!Outside of modifying the zippers with a Dremel and twist ties, the fix seems to be pulling the dual zippers to one side or the other, but this defeats the purpose of having dual zippers.Overall a worthwhile investment. Highly recommend 👌

Good quality but zippers failed
I bought this backpack 2.5 years ago and am finally having to buy a replacement. In those 2.5 years it has seen constant use M-F for 10+ hours in construction environments. The first to go was the zipper tags which mostly all failed in the first 6 months and I had to replace with zip ties. After that nothing major failed until recently when it seems like all of the zippers themselves failed one after another and no longer seal. One key incident that has led me to purchasing a replacement was the bag fell 20 feet onto concrete with my laptop inside the pouch and still worked when I turned it on so kudos to the hard shell base. Here's to another 2.5 years at least before a new one.

Good back pack not made for work site.
Good not great this is made for looks not function. Does fit a 15” Laptop. If you put more the 15 tools the bag sag’s. Some molly inner pockets are not useful at all. Item is good for low voltage non work site and a few tools. I give it 3 starts good Ites from great back pack company pour use of zippers and materials.
