Relieves All Of That Pain
One of the nicer things about this foam roller is that it has the slightest bit of padding along the surface. It's not much at all. Not so much that it interferes with your workout or pain treatment, but just enough to make that pressure along your body a tiny bit less hard feeling.Works great and is easy to use. Helpful to research some of the different ways of using this, but you can easily figure out some on your own just by feeling what your body needs. I personally love using it along my back. Goes a very long way at working out the kinks and getting rid of all of the pain. Relieves stress and helps to work the muscles. Great for any age group and pretty much any physical shape. Use based on your needs and abilities.

Firm and works well for self-massage
This roller is a solid piece of foam with a nice finished surface that is easy to wipe clean and does not soak up sweat or other liquids. It is firm. There is not a lot of cushion to it but there is more than if it were made of wood. You can indent it maybe a quarter-of-an-inch, if you push firmly with both thumbs. It might be better if it was a tiny bit softer but it's hard to say. I have lumbar spinal stenosis. My right, outside calf muscle gets tight. This roller helps work out that tightness. This roller works well for self-massaging different parts of your body. There are a few usage suggestions on the packaging. I'd love to try a massage roller like this that added handles like a rolling pin. Just a thought.

Too stiff/painful for me, but well-made
I've tried a few foam rollers, but unfortunately this one was just too hard and painful for me to use on any spinal areas. It's fine for fleshy parts of my body like my thighs or even belly. But I had pretty significant pain trying to use it on my back. I do have a number of spinal issues like herniation, cord compression, and disc degeneration, so that might be why. It may be a better device overall for larger or thicker people or athletes with more muscle tone; I'm a small, slender person. The roller itself is well-made and durable. It's lightweight, but has a firm core covered with *slightly* padded nodules. The exterior material is a wipe-clean, vinyl-like material. The "9 different facets" is a little misleading, because they aren't "different" -- they're the same type, size, pressure, etc. all around the roller. There isn't a change from one side to another. I also wouldn't really agree about this feeling like "fingers" or "elbows" -- it just feels like a textured roller, sorry! 🤷There's currently no price listed for this item, so I can't comment on the value. It arrives shrink wrapped with some product info. There's no storage bag or any extra accessories.

Great addition to your workout set
I heard from one of my friends who had a great experience of using foam rollers so I ordered this foam roller in color blue and it came in a nice box. The quality is way better than I expected and it’s a great addition to my workout set. It’s light weighted so nit only you can use it at home but you can also take it to gym or anywhere you want. It’s easy to use for back, shoulders, legs and different areas of your body.
