Great Results! Recipe below:
I had such great results with this yeast! My wine was drinkable inside of three weeks; store-quality if I may say so myself (but my wine will always taste amazing because I MADE IT). Here's what I used (all available on Amazon):3 gal. Lakewood Organic Grape Juice (not from concentrate), Red Star Wine Yeast, Yeast Energizer, Yeast Nutrient, 1 Campden Tablet (crushed into powder), Pectin (maybe, won't hurt it).I mixed all of the above ingredients EXCEPT for the yeast, which I added 24 hours later, and added them to a plastic bucket with an airlock on. After 3 days the SG was down to 1.002, at which point I siphoned it into a glass carboy and attached an airlock. Within two weeks it was drinkable and three weeks store-quality. A word of warning though, it was of significant alcohol content. I am awaiting a new test jar because mine broke in an unfortunate accident, so I do not have an exact measurement but approximately 4oz./100ml numbed my teeth...it tastes great though! This was such a quick brew!

Amazing results
I use this Yeast Energizer along with Yeast Nutrient in my Yeast Starter as well as during fermentation to keep the yeast happy and healthy. My first attempt at using this was a failure because I wasn't sure how and when to use it properly. After some reading and research on various Wine Advise sites, I've had the most amazing results when I use this product. The Second attempt at using Yeast Energizer along with Yeast Nutrient, I was attempting to get a SG reading. I filled my wine thief and while withdrawing the tool, some of the liquid dropped back into the fermentation and it reacted like dropping water on a hot frying pan. My eyes got wide as I expected a volcano erruption but that didn't happen just yet. After getting my SG reading, and being that I didn't have a roper stirring tool to reach through the neck of the Carboy yet, I thought I'd try to stir the Carboy as with a swirl of the container...Well... this product worked so well that just a minor shake of the Carboy contents I got a furious volcanic eruption of CO2 spewing upwards and onto the floor. While I was amazed at the lesson learned, it was well worth it. I used this product now for every batch I make.

WOW!!!
I used this in a 5.5 gallon batch (split into 2 3 gallon fermenters). I made it on 31Aug24. The first of the two fermenters cleared literally in a few hours overnight. It started at 22 deg P (1.088) and finished at 1.000 (11.7% ABV). I checked, and the yeast I was using was rated as low flocculation, so it was all yeast energizer. On that same day, I also made a cider (using apple juice) also with an OG of 1.088. I pitched theyeast at 1430 and had a nice krausen BY 2230 (8 hours or less) - hadn't looked before. Thing is, Iran out, so this 2.75 gallon batch only got 1/8 tsp (plus the standard 60 seconds of blasting pure O2 into it).

Seemed To Work
Purchased to deal with a stuck fermentation on a batch of red wine. Once added within 24 hours fermentation began again. Good value for the price.

I used this in my Mead Must
I used this in my mead production and it works perfectly.Gets your yeast going strong so it can consume those sugars and speed fermentation!I've only used it for Mead making and find that it's perfect for that use.I definitely recommend yeast energizer unless you want your fermentation to continue on and on and on....Finished off fermentation for racking in just over 2 weeks.

Works perfectly
I don't use much of this product because of the DAP, I prefer to use Ferm O since it's more natural and organic, but with certain yeasts, certain wines or meads that could benefit from a jump start in the beginning, this is good to use. Great product.

Hyper fermentation
The media could not be loaded. Great stuff! Just mixed up a couple batches of must to brew Mead. After about 8 hours the fermentation really took off. I’ve attached a video showing the aggressive fermentation. Feel it should finish up in less then 2 weeks. You definitely need this! It will save you a ton of time.
