Cheap crap
As soon as I inserted the plug into the socket pins pushed into the body not making contact and shorting pin to pin internally. Don't waste your money.

Perfect for Icom IC7300
Perfect for the Icom IC7300 Accessory connection in back of the transceiver. Buy the way I see complaints of folks saying the pins melt the plastic part of the connector. I say they shouldn’t be soldering small connections unless they have a lot of experience soldering. I didn’t have any issues at all.

The connector for Atari ST monitor cable
I used one of these connectors for an adapter cable for my Atari ST monitor port. I soldered this adapter to a SCART connector and cable. Used for connecting the Atari computer to an OSSC (Open Source Scan Converter) to convert to HDMI for a modern monitor.

It works fine but is missing the index tab, not good for frequent plugging and unplugging
It works fine but is missing the index or positioning tab. Without that tab you have to be VERY CAREFUL when plugging it in lest you bend the pins. There is nothing to guide the plug into the socket. It would not be good where you needed to plug and unplug it frequently.

Does the job
If am connecting a USB device to my laptop with strong RFI (100W transmitter) present without any problems.

The pins are too thick to fit into the female half of the combination.
The pins are too thick to fit into the female half of the combination. My Icom radio barely accepts this mic connector. It won't push in far enough. I ended up cutting it off and finding a different male connector in my junk box. Buy elsewhere.

Not the easiest to solder
Overall quality is good. What I don’t care for is the solder end of the pins. The pins are solid, so you must solder wires to the side of the pin. On a 13 pin plug, It becomes a challenge on the inner pins. Also, the pin end’s large diameter require more heat than a hollow pin, so care must be taken to not melt the plastic pin base.
