I got defective product and the product is picked up from the Amazon store executive.its going to be 2 month till now no response and not refunded . Don’t buy this product. And Amazon customer support also not good.

I liked the glass door, the elimination of the usual small freezer, and the over-all size for my cabinet/application. However... I was once again mislead by false advertising. Why would a prominent Brand such as Blue Star do this though? Boggles my mind. This is Advertised as being 44.5cm Deep; Sweet, just fits my newly built coffee bar cabinet @45.7 In actuality this Refrigerator has 2 Protrusions on the back of the box which brings the total to 49.6cm. I would have returned it but when I came in my carpenter had cut-out the back of my new Cabinet to make it fit! Incompetence breeds incompetence I guess...

So, I bought 2 of these display fridges and each of them had different quality issues.The first one that arrived was cosmetically fine, but the compressor makes a whistling sound and the hasp for the door lock is out of alignment.Then the second one arrived and it has the imperfections in the powder coating paint that you can see in the photo. Basically this will have happened because some idiot put the packaging on it before the paint had chance to dry.I already knew that Blue Star had dodgy quality control because the water cooler I bought 2 years ago is full of sharp edges which cut my cleaners fingers as she’s tried to clean it. What I can’t understand is how the QA process can be so lousy, when this is a Tata owned company. These issues would have been easily noticeable at the factory.
