Replacement of product purchased
Our receiver quit working after 3 weeks and the support team replaced the product we ordered for us. GREATLY APPRECIATIVE!

false alarms due to sensitivity
I changed my rating back to 4 because as I started using the product I was getting numerous false alarms. it has become very annoying and the only thing I can do is turn it off. By doing so, I makes the units useless. However, I removed some swaying bushes/branches and reset the sensitivity to mid and it seems to be working fine now.There only 3 reasons for the false alarms. 1) the units are defective 2) birds or spiders 3) wind causing tree or plant branches to sway causing the alarm to go off. I originally thought that the sensor can distinguish human movement from birds or branches. If the problem is 3, then obviously it does not and can not be placed where there maybe wind movement of flowers or trees.

Works great, easy to program and to install. Sensitive to movement. Highly recommend

Only has 1 tone for all sensors!
I dislike the issue of only being able to set one tone for all the sensors. If you had 4 sensors you would not know where the intruder was or is.

We are talking about flat ground, no obstacles in between. Not even a 10th of a mile, and nothing until I drive over and set it off myself with the receiver in my car. I was using it for perimeter protection for a construction site.*** UPDATE** They reached out to me, replaced the order, the new sensors and receiver works beautifully. Customer service was awesome. I will look for this company to buy from again. VERY pleased!
