So quick to erect!
A friend has this tent and I was so impressed with the speed that it can be erected and put away, that I bought one for my husband for fishing.

Zip breaks easily
Yesterday I used the tent for the first time and as I went to close the zip on the bag, it broke. Presumably this is due to poor quality materials used for the zip. I understand this can happen after excessive use but this shouldn’t happen on the first use.

Buy cheap, buy twice.
Sorry to say that the quality is reflected in the price. However, the seller should be prosecuted under the Trades Description Act, as the tent is only big enough for one person to be comfortable and it is definitely not waterproof !!

Good size and build, but definitely NOT waterproof.
I recently bought this tent from Amazon as I wanted to get back into an old hobby I had as a teenager, and decided I wanted to start camping again like I used to do regularly back in the day, so thought I'd give this tent a go. I thought the price was a bargain, but after sleeping out in it, i found out why it was so cheap. A few days after I received the tent, I decided to camp out in my garden to test the tent, and these are my findings.Pro's -Good size inside, could fit two people sleeping at a push, definitely not three, even though it is listed.Easy to put up and take down, takes average two minutes to put up, and around the same to take down and put back into the bag provided.Lightweight, and rolls up small to get into the bag, and once in the bag it takes up very little room. Can fit a single inflatable mattress inside with no problems, with lots of room left for moving about and storage. I haven't tried a double inflatable mattress as I don't own one, but I personally don't think it would fit but could be wrong.I would say the frame (and only the frame) itself is good build quality.Great insect net attached to both sides, stopped all insects getting in when I wanted to get some air but didn't want to be bombarded. A couple of flies did get in, but only when I left the net and door unzipped, so that was my fault.Con's -This tent is NOT WATERPROOF in any sense of the word. Even though it is listed as waterproof, it definitely is not. The floor of the tent is not made from a waterproof material, and neither are the walls. Luckily I laid a ground sheet, otherwise I'm sure I would have been laying in wet conditions. It was fine during the day, because it did not rain. The lack of rain continued through the night, but the inner walls of the tent still became wet as the night went on. It dropped to about 9°c (UK) and due to that, there was moisture and condensation in the air. The outside of the tent became covered in dew, and it started to quickly seep through the walls and through the ceiling. Luckily I didn't have anything inside that could be damaged by the moisture seeping through, but it wasn't nice to wake up to a soggy quilt and pillow. I can safely say, definitely do NOT use this tent in bad weather (rain etc) because you WILL be getting severely wet and your belongings will be ruined, as the tent is definitely 100% not waterproof in the slightest. The tent pegs provided were pretty low quality, and they all bent pretty badly after the first use with a rubber mallet. Extracting them from the ground the next morning wasn't great either. Be prepared to be shelling out for more pegs, unless you're pretty strong and can bend them back into shape, even though you really shouldn't be needing to do that, they should just be good quality and not bend out of shape. The zips are very cheaply made. I was constantly getting scared that if I didn't open and close the zips as slowly and carefully as I could, I would destroy them. They often got caught and would give a lot of resistance, and would leave me scared that I'd tear them straight off the fabric with the slightest jolt to get them going again. The material used on this tent is not great quality, and is very cheap indeed. Very thin. The price reflects the quality for sure. The instructions made little sense, as they are badly translated from which ever country this tent was manufactured in. Luckily I managed to find a video online showing how the tent is set up and also how to take it down.Overall, I was very disappointed with this tent, and I personally feel it's only really fit for letting children play in, also possibly good for use for shade and storage when on the beach, but definitely not in wet conditions because as I said before it is not waterproof, so don't get it too close to the shore. Only use this tent for actual camping if you know it's going to be warm overnight and that there's definitely no rain forecast, otherwise you will be getting wet.I'd give this tent at most a 4/10, and that's being extremely generous.*Amendment*I have now left this tent outside in the rain overnight. On inspection in the morning, the inside of the tent has pools of water on the floor. Yup, DEFINITELY not waterproof.Tommy Lambert.
