Tight clasp
This is a pretty necklace, but the clasp so extremely tight. The first time it broke was just taking it off the card it was attached too. The second time, after we fixed it, was simply putting the necklace on the second time..my suggestion is to work the clasp with your fingers first before even removing it from its packaging. Also..im sure my neck isn't over sized or anything, but they need to add more chain to the necklace because it is quite difficult putting it on.
