Absolutely love the privacy, not to mention keeping the heat and direct sun off the porch. I live in south Florida and bought 4 panels total. measurements were accurate, color is perfect, easy to roll up and down. Worth the money, and then some. This was a steal! Easy to install, took me a little longer than 20 minutes including the install of tie downs, make sure you use those.

Works well, easy to install, looks nice. 👍 This shade solved the problem of too much solar heat gain on my west facing bedroom window during long summer afternoons and evenings.

I’ve owned 3 roll down screens for my back porch. They were cheap bamboo/plastic type and they never lasted and were too transparent to provide any privacy. This screen, although cost significantly more than the others, I have to say, you get what you pay for. The quality is superb, it was easy to install and it provides a lot of privacy. I love the handle and tie downs which are also very high quality. If your on the fence about these because they are pricey, trust me, it’s worth it.

These are relatively inexpensive and they do work. My only complaint is the pole. It falls out because the plastic ends just don't work. Gets four stars due to the fact that they do shade our porch very nicely. I'm constantly having to put that darn pole back in though.

We bought 2 of these shades. We use this screen on the west side of the house and love it. Since the tree in out front yard fell down we don't have any protection from the afternoon/evening sun. This shade was really easy to install (I'm guessing, but I didn't hear any cussing).It provide the cooling we need and it also makes your house very private. No one can see in but you can see out. It does make the inside of the house a little darker because of the shade but really worth it.It also rolls up really easy when you don't want to use it. The bungy ties keep it secure against the wind. It doesn't move at all.

We bought a total of 4 of these. Several at our local hardware store and this aprticular size on Amazon.They are easy to assemble and eaily rolled up and down.We used these at the sunny-side of our hose and mounted them in the facia baord . Pulling them down to a side-yar wall. This propvided a canopy-like wlakway and prevents the afternoon sun from beating against our house walls in California. It made a difference!!!We also used one to hang from the facia board to protect double french doors form direct sunlight and to reduce the heat into our dining area. This one just hangs down and we can easily enter and exit between the door and the shade. You can still looke through it, and darkens the room not too much.I also ordered some extra material, to add a panel for our retractible awning.Love the material and color choices, easy assembly and the crank that comes with it.
