This zaatar is unlike what I usually purchase from the Mediterranean stores; it’s evident that the product consists of actual zaatar leaves and not stems that many manufacturers use as filler. It’s also less salty than its counterparts, making the taste quite balanced. I do wish there were more sesame seeds, but that’s a personal preference. The cherry on top is that it’s Jordanian 🇯🇴. I give it a 10 out of 10.

I use thd green zaatar on pita bread. The umami taste is great as a snack o. Pita, or as a c side dish for breakfast mixed with olive oil. Essential Mediterranean diet.

I'm addicted to za'atar and this is a good one. If the label can be believed, it's pretty low in sodium, too.
