Excellent, professionally made back brace
This was recommended by a qualified physiotherapist. Not cheap but what you pay for is what you get and I wasn’t going to chance my spine on a something less than well made. Not heavy (but depends on physical type and strength). I’m 15 stone and this brace fits very comfortably with lots of screws and straps to get it comfortable. I’m getting my brace checked by a physiotherapist to ensure it is in the right place.The inflatable back ensures it is a close fit to the spine.After it has set my spine in the right place I can always use it for fancy dress as a samurai warrior!Highly recommended.

Very heavy!!!!
I bought this as had multiple compound fractures of the spine. It was just to heavy for me to take in order to try and get the support from it. So I had to return. Great idea but needs to be lighter for fractures.

Study and supportive
My brace arrived today within 3 days of ordering.The brace came already constructed at front and back. It takes time to get the screws positioned correctly. It’s great because the screws can be placed within any of the holes making it fit a number of body types.I would say it perhaps on the smaller size EU sizing wise. I’m unsure if it would fit a larger make. I am quite small and found the hips needed to be on the widest setting ( size 12) to allow for the moulded corners at the front to sit correctly to my hips.I bought this to replace my TSLO Boston brace which is very heavy, previously fit to me, having fractured several vertebrae I find it is light enough but holds my spine in a good position with the added advantage of the inflatable spine part to support the back, this is an amazing feature and really works well. I feel supported whilst allowing movement to keep my spinal motion.It is great for my needs for someone needing a hyperextension fixation type brace to protect the spine.Very reasonable price wise, very happy with my purchase. Lightweight and the air holes keep you nice and cool.
