I ordered these and put them on recurring delivery but was really disappointed to find that they were all melted. There are 2 Big Cups per individual package. The two in the package I opened last night were smushed into one big square. Out of preference my husband puts them in the fridge luckily or our hands would’ve been a mess! They of course tasted great!! But when I contacted Amazon the auto response what that this item wasn’t returnable. I had to Chat with someone (which trying to find that option can be an obnoxious ordeal in itself) who said that as a courtesy he would refund me my money. Really?! A courtesy? They obviously failed to have the foresight that chocolate could melt while being delivered in September. Customer service didn’t seem to care so I am ending my auto ship for this.Nothing wrong with the product! I love Reese’s. But whoever is in charge of shipping needs to update their shipping guidelines and/or re-educate their staff on shipping products that can melt, rot, etcMy rating is a 5 because the product is awesome! The delivery, not so much

I am so happy with these. The size is so perfect and great. We all love them. They arrived in perfect condition. The only thing they were left out in the mailbox which I requested on the porch and it was a day before we could get them thank goodness it wasn’t hot weather But all in all I highly recommend them. They were very well wrapped taken care of and I really am happy with these.

I always liked the Big Cup (more 'peanut butter') best of all. The ratio is, IMHO, the best. Candy arrived undamaged. But then keep in mind, I order/bought it during the winter to avoid melting in transit.
