I got this for my dad that just had an open heart surgery. He loves it and said it was easy for him to use while in the car. Great support and thickness. It helps relieve the pain on his chest while in the car. The size is good and it was designed well.

Pillow is very soft and cushions the seat belt so that it does not dig into person. I bought this for my husband who had triple bypass surgery. He finds it comfortable.

I recently had open-heart surgery and this seat belt pillow really helps by taking the place of my heart pillow while I'm in the car. It does a good job of distributing the pressure across my chest.It does interfere with allowing the seat belt to retract when getting out of the vehicle, but it's easy enough to slide the whole pillow down on the seat belt to allow the belt to retract: No need to take the seat belt pillow off of the belt every time. I'm happy with the purchase.

This is item is bright pink and soft. It made driving much more comfortable after my laparoscopic appendectomy. It looks cheaply made though. The stitching was loose when I removed it from the box.
